Production process

 

Raw Material:

 

The quality of grinding ball almost depends on the raw material the manufacturer used.

 

Our products use high-quality round steel from national large-scale steel companies

 

to ensure the quality of our products.

 

 

 

Advanced Equipments:

 

All the balls are then forged into balls after heated by the intermediate frequency furnace.

 

 

 

Heat Treatment:

 

Firstly with 760 ℃ to go through austempering and then get the balls tempered at 200℃.

 

Mill Use 

 

According to one of use reports of Φ9.75×4.88m SAG mill in copper mine,

 

on the basis of completely meeting production conditions and technical requirements,

 

our grinding ball consumption is about 0.38kg / t , so it saved 1416.00 tons grinding balls a year

 

which can finally save at least 10% purchase cost in grinding balls.
